We’re excited to announce decentralized auction-as-a-service platform Bounce Finance’s integration of ZetaChain’s testnet. At ZetaChain, we’re on a mission to offer an EVM-compatible L1 blockchain that connects everything. A key part of this goal is providing users an easy and safe way to engage in opportunities across any chain. For Bounce, the partnership brings users the ability to create and participate in diverse types of DeFi auctions from any chain — including the Bitcoin network. Cross-Chain Auction-as-a-Service

Right now, anyone can launch and participate in decentralized auctions on ZetaChain testnet through the Bounce app. With Bounce’s future integration of ZRC-20, users will be able to bid on auctions in any token from any chain — even native BTC — unlocking a whole new level of cross-chain access and liquidity.

ZRC-20 tokens are an extension of the standard ERC-20 tokens found in the Ethereum ecosystem with the added ability to manage assets on all ZetaChain-connected chains. Any fungible token, including Bitcoin, Dogecoin, ERC-20-equivalents on other chains, gas assets on other chains, and so on, may be represented on ZetaChain as a ZRC-20 and orchestrated as if it were any other fungible token (like an ERC-20).

While fixed-price auctions are currently available on Athens-3, more auction types, with ZRC-20 support, will soon be at users’ fingertips.

RWA Auction: Off-White Sneaker Giveaway

Cross-chain can also be applied to auctions of collectibles and other physical goods. With Bounce’s Real-World Collectibles Auction feature, you can authenticate and tokenize physical assets onto the blockchain to be listed, sold, and traded in any token from any chain.
